non-profit platform. We promote the bilateral trade relations
between Europe and Bangladesh.

supply research, deliberate, mediate, lead delegations and host events.

50 Years Celebration of Bangladesh
On Friday 26 March 2021 Bangladesh celebrates its 50th Independence Day: in 1971 it gained independence from Pakistan. Victory Day is celebrated on 16 December.

Bangladesh’s population (as of 2020 ) is estimated at 164,689,383 according to UN data. This makes it equivalent to 2.11 % of the total world population.

Language Day
UNESCO declared 21 February as the International Mother Language Day in recognition of the sacrifice made by Bangladeshis for their native language.
