The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data or log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Contact form and contact by e-mail
If you send us enquiries via contact form or e-mail, your details from the enquiry form or your e-mail including the first name and surname you entered there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The indication of an e-mail address is required for contact purposes, the indication of your name and your telephone number is voluntary. Under no circumstances will we pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and, if applicable, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if your request is aimed at the conclusion of a contract. Cookies
Our website uses cookies which are stored by the browser on your device and which contain certain settings for using the website (e.g. for the current session). Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them or the storage period expires. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.
In some cases, the cookies serve to simplify website processes by saving settings (e.g. the provision of already selected options). Insofar as personal data is also processed by individual cookies implemented by us, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO either for the execution of the contract or in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to safeguard our legitimate interests to provide the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design when visiting the site. You can set up your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. The cookie settings can be managed for the respective browser under the following links.

You can also individually manage the cookies of many companies and functions that are used for advertising. To do this, use the appropriate user tools, available at https://www.aboutads.info/choi... or http://www.youronlinechoices.c... Most browsers also offer a so-called "do-not-track” function, which allows you to indicate that you do not want to be "tracked" by websites. When this feature is enabled, the browser tells ad networks, websites and applications that you do not want to be tracked for behavioral advertising and the like. For information and instructions on how to use this feature, please refer to the links below, depending on your browser:
● Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chr...

Additionally, you can prevent the loading of so-called scripts by default. NoScript allows JavaScripts, Java and other plug-ins to be executed only on trusted domains of your choice. Information and instructions on how to edit this function can be obtained from your browser provider (e.g. for Mozilla Firefox at: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/noscript/). Please note that if you disable cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

● the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection, which is achieved by not disclosing your data,
● in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO and
● insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO
In addition, we use external service providers for our services, which we have carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked by us and they, if necessary, conclude the contract processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO together with us. These are service providers for webhosting, sending e-mails and maintenance and servicing of our IT systems etc. The service providers will not pass on this data to third parties.
Data security
In accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO and taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the varying probability of occurrence and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.
Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the relevant legal retention periods (e.g. from commercial law and tax law). After expiry of the respective period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. If data is required for the performance of a contract or the initiation of a contract, or if we have a legitimate interest in the further storage of the data, the data will be deleted if it is no longer required for these purposes or if you exercise your right of revocation or objection.
